Salary: $23 to $29 per hour, DOE

Location: Onsite - TCW Corporate Office (San Diego)

We are looking for an efficient, tech-savvy and collaborative Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our team. The Recruiting Operations Specialist will focus on maximizing the operational aspects of our organization’s recruitment functions. This role will be responsible for improving processes, creating efficient procedures, ensuring effective interdepartmental collaboration, and driving operational excellence across the staffing department. A portion of the role will involve recruitment coordination and support as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn new platforms, willingness to lend assistance and skilled at implementing best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


Process Optimization:

  • Analyze, design, and implement improvements to recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for recruitment activities.
  • Identify areas for automation and operational improvement.

Technology & Platform Management:

  • Explore and implement new recruiting technologies and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in recruitment technology.
  • Train and support the recruiting team on new systems and best practices.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between the staffing team and other departments (HR, compliance / legal, finance, etc.) to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional communication.
  • Ensure alignment between recruiting activities and broader company objectives.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruiting performance metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights based on recruiting data to improve decision-making.

Project Management:

  • Lead operational projects such as implementing new tools, technologies, or workflows within the recruitment team.
  • Coordinate and manage initiatives aimed at improving candidate and client experience.
  • Manage any high volume staffing projects with coordination, documentation, implementing processes and procedures

Recruitment Coordination and Support (ad-hoc basis):

  • Provide support to the staffing team with the coordination of interviews, posting job description, providing wold class customer service to our candidates and clients, assisting with internal recruiting efforts 


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Experience in recruitment operations, HR operations, or similar roles
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement and an eye for efficiency
  • Passionate about technology and learning new platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR tech tools, project management tools, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service oriented
  • Process improvement and data driven mindset
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong time management, meeting deadlines with ease
  • Flexibility and adaptable to changing priorities with optimism 
  • Effective problem solver and critical thinking
  • Maintains a positive and motivating attitude
  • Influences and improves workplace culture


Salary & Benefits:


This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
