Title: Associate Creative Producer

Payrate: $57–$67/hour

Duration: 12-month assignment

Start Date: December 1, 2025

Location: Remote - NYC, Austin (TX), or Cupertino (CA) preferred


Summary:

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Producer to support our Creative Production team in coordinating and delivering world-class marketing campaigns across web, email, and global sales platforms. This team oversees all customer-facing creative communications—ensuring every project is executed with precision, creativity, and consistency across multiple languages and markets.

In this role, you’ll help manage the end-to-end production process for digital campaigns, tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure flawless execution. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment where attention to detail and communication are key.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for creative deliverables—from creating timelines and tracking deliverables to proactively monitoring project health, mitigating risks, and providing regular stakeholder updates
  • Drive efficiency by defining clear daily and weekly priorities and ensuring accountability by tracking action items from all meetings and reviews
  • Support senior producers by managing specific deliverables within larger launch programs
  • Set up and maintain project documentation, including briefs, schedules, reference materials, and legal requirements
  • Work under tight deadlines to distribute updates and information clearly and quickly

·      Maintain project deliverables lists, and updates teams with review feedback, next steps and proactive follow-ups

  • Route layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for internal review and approvals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners—including creative, localization, web, and email teams—to ensure timely asset delivery

·      Ensure post-launch quality by coordinating design support to address bugs and optimize the user experience based on QA and build feedback

·      Oversee project wrap-up steps, including the archiving of assets into organized digital asset libraries and assisting in the facilitation of team hindsights

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital project management or creative production, ideally at an ad agency, design firm, or in-house marketing communications team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across creative, development, and marketing teams
  • Understanding of the web project lifecycle and familiarity with digital production tools and workflows
  • Ability to build positive, professional relationships with colleagues and business partners
  • Adaptable and resourceful, thriving under pressure and shifting priorities
  • A passion for creative excellence and operational precision
