Deal Desk Manager / Sr. Manager – $57-$66/hr (6-Month Assignment, Remote in the United States)
We’re seeking a highly motivated Deal Desk Manager / Sr. Manager to join our team and play a critical role in supporting sales and revenue operations. This is a 6-month assignment (starting November 3, 2025).
As a Deal Desk Manager in the United States, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, ensuring deals are structured, priced, and executed in line with company policies, revenue goals, and compliance standards. You’ll be empowered to challenge deal terms, streamline processes, and help shape scalable deal strategies that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Deal Desk covering the Americas to include LATAM, with potential to work on EMEA coverage..
· Review and approve Salesforce CPQ deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue recognition standards.
· Advise Sales teams on deal structure, pricing, and business terms to balance competitiveness with compliance.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops) to close high-quality deals.
· Contribute to the development of deal desk strategy, scalable processes, and automation improvements.
· Collect and deliver feedback to optimize the end-to-end deal process.
· Support sales enablement efforts through training and resources around pricing, quoting, and policy adherence.
Qualifications
· 5-7 years of relevant experience, in Deal Desk Operations
· Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
· Proven ability to balance diplomacy with firmness when pushing back on non-compliant deals.
· Skilled at interpreting complex data and making strategic decisions.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple urgent priorities.
Preferred
· MBA or advanced degree.
· Experience in technology or B2B SaaS industries.
· Familiarity with revenue recognition policies.
