Title: Anthropic Instructor

Summary

Delivers official Anthropic training courses covering Claude models, the Anthropic API, prompt engineering, and responsible AI deployment to corporate clients and certification candidates, on behalf of an Anthropic Authorized Training Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Anthropic-authorized training courses and customize program elements for individual clients within Anthropic's licensed-content boundaries.
• Develop, tailor, and maintain supplementary training materials - labs, prompt-engineering exercises, and applied use-case walkthroughs - consistent with curriculum requirements; conduct assessments and give learner feedback.
• Coach candidates through Anthropic certification tracks (e.g., Associate, Developer, and Architect personas) toward exam readiness.
• Stay current on Claude model releases, API and tooling changes, and evolving best practices in prompt engineering and responsible AI use - a fast-moving requirement given the pace of foundation-model releases.
• Help learners translate generative AI concepts into practical, industry-specific applications relevant to their own organizations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude models and the Anthropic API (or a comparable large language model platform), including prompt engineering and integration patterns.
• Ability to explain both the technical mechanics and the responsible-AI/safety considerations of generative AI to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills managing adult-learner classrooms, virtual or in-person.
• Instructional design and adult-learning-methodology experience.
• Comfort operating in a fast-changing content environment, given the pace of foundation-model releases and product updates.
