Internal Events Program Manager

Payrate: $52 - $57/hour

Location: Remote (**Need to be local to Cupertino, CA

PST hours required for special events)

Duration: 12-month assignment

Hours: 40 hours/week

 

Summary:

We’re looking for an Internal Events Program Manager to join our Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver inspiring events, programs, and workshops for employees and stakeholders worldwide. From strategic meetings to global conferences, you’ll ensure every experience aligns with key business priorities while engaging and motivating teams.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with executive leadership to produce high-quality content and experiences. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments, this is your opportunity to make a global impact!

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and manage internal events, meetings, and conferences for global audiences
  • Ensure all programs and workshops are engaging, inspiring, and strategically aligned
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to design thoughtful content and experiences
  • Develop operational communication plans for events and workshops
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics to deliver seamless execution
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to align on priorities

 

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Events, and/or Internal Engagement
  • *Must be local to Cupertino, CA
  • Strategic thinking and ability to balance creativity with practicality
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with executive presence
  • Solid project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and thrive under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with international teams and global audiences

 

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in vendor management and large-scale corporate event production
  • Background in cross-cultural communication or global program management
  • A passion for creating impactful, memorable employee experiences
