Sourcing Manager – $56/hr | Remote (Austin, TX Preferred) | 6-Month Contract

You’ll partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional leaders to optimize vendor relationships, streamline purchasing decisions, and ensure every contract delivers maximum value.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across software, events, and professional services
• Drive contract negotiations, including commercial redlining and term optimization
• Manage vendor relationships and communications, including resolving disputes
• Oversee contract renewals and new purchases, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Maintain accurate vendor agreement data and documentation
• Partner with stakeholders to elevate purchasing strategy beyond initial requests
• Navigate procurement workflows within finance systems (including tools like Zip)
• Execute and manage RFP/RFI/RFx processes from kickoff to award

What Sets You Apart

• 4+ years of indirect procurement experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and influence favorable outcomes
• Strong experience with contract redlining and interpreting legal/security terms
• Track record of managing high-volume procurement pipelines with precision
• Confidence working with and presenting to senior leadership
• Skilled in project management, with the ability to drive better-than-expected outcomes
• Experience supporting Marketing or similar business functions is a strong plus
