Most developers sign up. Far fewer actually build.

That gap is exactly what one of the most ambitious blockchain platforms in the space is trying to close — and they are hiring someone to own it.

This is not a content calendar role. This is a rare opportunity to build an entire developer education layer from scratch, at a company whose network is already trusted and governed by some of the most influential enterprises on the planet. The technology is proven. The ecosystem is growing. What's missing is someone who can turn developer curiosity into real, sustained adoption.

That conversion is the job.

What you will own:

  • Designing structured learning paths from first interaction to production-ready
  • Building the content engine — tutorials, demos, live coding sessions, and courses people actually finish
  • Defining the metrics that matter: activation, progression, and retention — not just sign-ups
  • Launching a certification program worth having on a CV, and ensuring certified developers go on to build
  • Shipping consistently — 2 to 4 high-quality pieces per month across formats

Who you are:

  • An engineer who loves teaching, or an educator who never stopped building
  • You write code and you write clearly
  • You have designed learning experiences that people actually complete
  • You know the difference between content that informs and content that activates
  • Strong with JavaScript, Python, or Java — Web3 or EVM experience is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar tools puts you ahead of the field

This is a senior individual contributor role with genuine autonomy and real visibility. If developer education at this company becomes a competitive advantage — and it will — that is your work.
