Full-Stack Engineer (AI Focused) | Technology, Information and Internet | London | Up to £200,000 + Equity

I’m working with a fast-scaling AI company backed by top-tier investors and already working with some of the most recognisable organisations in the world. They’re building an AI-native workspace that’s changing how enterprises operate — with live deployments already proving real impact.

They’re now looking for two experienced Full-Stack Engineers to join their London team. This is a chance to work directly with a proven founding team (multiple successful exits) and play a key role in building production-ready AI systems used globally.

The Role

You’ll be hands-on across the stack — frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems. You’ll help design and ship AI-powered features at scale, from multi-agent frameworks to retrieval pipelines and model fine-tuning. What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with React + Next.js
• Solid backend development (Python preferred)
• Experience with databases, Redis, and background workers
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience building AI products in production (RAG, orchestration, fine-tuning, evals a plus)
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
