Our client is on a mission is to bring clarity to the often opaque world of Artificial Intelligence. They believe that for AI to drive real impact—particularly in vital industries like healthcare and finance, it must be transparent, trustworthy, and easy to understand.

They are looking for a full stack engineer to help define their technical foundation, steer product strategy, and build an engineering culture from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and launch the foundational backend infrastructure powering the CTGT platform
• Build and sustain robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems designed to meet high-throughput demands
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and monitoring tools—championing automation and a culture of operational excellence

Qualifications:

•  2–3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a strong history of developing, deploying, and maintaining sophisticated backend systems
• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics; candidates with a Master’s or PhD are encouraged to apply
• • Advanced proficiency in Python, with solid grounding in systems-level programming concepts
• • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, API development, and data pipeline design for enterprise-scale platforms
• • Background in machine learning and MLOps, with experience building and deploying ML infrastructure to production environments considered a major plus
