Tech Lead – Frontend Engineer | FinTech | Hybrid London | £100k

About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing private markets data intelligence platform. They’re building cutting-edge software to transform how private capital GPs leverage data and they’re looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to help drive this vision.

The Role:

As a Tech Lead, you’ll own the frontend architecture, lead a small team, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, performant UIs. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to shape features end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead frontend development using React, TypeScript, and Next.js

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces

• Set standards for code quality, testing, and DevOps practices

• Mentor engineers and contribute to strategic tech decisions

• Collaborate across squads to deliver great product experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of frontend development experience

• Expertise in React + TypeScript, with strong testing skills

• Experience in startups and shipping micro-frontend apps

• Great communicator with a product-focused mindset

• Comfortable with CI/CD (GitHub), Kubernetes a plus
