Quantitative Researcher | US London or Amsterdam (Remote) | $250k + bonus 


My client is a global proprietary trading firm operating across futures, equities, options, fixed income, and digital assets. With teams in the US, UK, Netherlands, and Singapore, they combine quantitative research, deep market expertise, and cutting-edge tech to capitalize on opportunities in the world's most dynamic markets.

They’re currently seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Trader to join their global trading team. This role offers the autonomy to develop your own strategies, the support of strong infrastructure, and the upside of trading in high-volume, low-latency environments.


What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement new, high-performing trading strategies
  • Optimize and customize existing strategies using proprietary tools
  • Collaborate with technologists and quants to evolve trading systems
  • Apply your own judgment in fast-moving, high-pressure trading environments
  • Contribute to a team culture that emphasizes performance, precision, and innovation


What They’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume proprietary or institutional trading
  • Proven track record of developing profitable strategies
  • Strong programming skills or aptitude, particularly in C++ or Python
  • Comfortable with multi-dimensional arrays, nested loops, and file I/O
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical fields
  • Deep mathematical intuition and ability to think independently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and decision-making in dynamic market conditions
  • Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Netherlands, or Singapore — no visa sponsorship available
