On behalf of our client, a fast-growing and highly respected player in the digital asset market making space, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale their commercial function. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the digital asset ecosystem and enjoys building relationships with token projects at both pre- and post-Token Generation Event (TGE) stages. You’ll play a key role in shaping growth, expanding market presence, and positioning the business as a trusted partner to leading token projects globally.
The role
As Head of Sales, you’ll own the sales strategy end to end — from defining the commercial approach to leading and growing a high-performing sales team. You’ll work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and market demand.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Defining and executing a sales strategy focused on pre- and post-TGE token projects
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling a results-driven sales team
- Building long-term relationships with founders, protocols, exchanges, and ecosystem partners
- Working closely with product and marketing to shape offerings and go-to-market strategy
- Keeping a close eye on market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform decisions
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in sales leadership within digital assets, blockchain, or fintech
- Strong understanding of token economics, TGEs, and market making
- An established network across the crypto and blockchain ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural leadership style
- Commercially minded, results-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
