I’m supporting a growing SaaS team who are hiring a Lead QA Engineer to modernise their quality approach and help them move towards true daily delivery.

What The Role Involves

• Owning quality from discovery through to release

• Embedding QA early and driving a strong shift left culture

• Strengthening automation and CI and CD pipelines to support daily deployments

• Leading E2E and data testing strategy

• Coaching engineers and managing a small QA team

Who They’re Looking For

• Experienced in modern continuous delivery and fast shipping environments

• Hands on with automation frameworks

• Strong collaborator across product and engineering

• Able to drive testing strategy and improve test coverage

• Keen to help a SaaS team ship safely every single day
