Head of Trading | Crypto/ CeFi/ DeFi | New York, USA OR London, UK | Fully Remote

We’re partnering with a well-capitalized Onchain Asset Management firm backed by leading Web3 investors to hire a Head of Trading.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who wants full ownership of trading strategy, execution, P&L, and risk at an institutional crypto platform with significant scale and ambition.

The business already manages ~$5B USD in AUM and is expanding its trading and capital allocation capabilities across lending, treasury, and systematic strategies.

As Head of Trading, you will:

• Own end-to-end trading strategy development, backtesting, and execution
• Take direct responsibility for P&L, capital allocation, and risk management
• Design and oversee liquidation, margin, and collateral frameworks for volatile markets
• Lead treasury and yield optimization strategies within defined risk parameters
• Partner closely with an Investment Committee on strategy approval and portfolio construction
• Provide market structure and liquidity insight to inform product and loan structuring

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years experience in trading or portfolio management
• Proven track record developing and running profitable trading strategies
• Deep understanding of crypto market structure (CeFi, DeFi, OTC, derivatives)
• Experience managing P&L, risk, and capital across multiple strategies
• Hands-on exposure to liquidations, margin, and collateral management
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and risk modelling capability
• Background in asset management, prop trading, market making, or hedge funds
• Able to communicate complex strategies clearly to senior stakeholders

This role is fully remote, (locations preferred are NYC, USA or London UK) with a lucrative salary + incentives
