A leading, well-capitalised crypto proprietary trading firm is scaling its quant trading team following a $100M+ funding round to support the next phase of growth.

With established teams in London, Paris, New York, and Singapore, the firm is building a brand-new Quant Trading function, focused on high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure. They’re now hiring Quant Developers and Core Infrastructure Engineers to join a technology-first, performance-driven environment.

The role

You’ll work on low- and ultra-low latency systems that power high- and mid-frequency trading strategies across global crypto markets. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, build, and optimise performance-critical systems used for real-time execution across multiple exchanges. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on trading speed, scalability, and execution quality across the firm’s global operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and building ultra-efficient trading systems in Rust or C++
• Connecting to global crypto exchanges and optimising throughput and latency
• Building and maintaining core infrastructure for market data, order routing, and execution
• Profiling and optimising performance at both system and application level
• Working closely with traders, researchers, and engineers in a highly collaborative team

What they’re looking for

• Strong experience in systems-level programming (Rust or C++)
• Background in low-latency trading systems (HFT or MFT) is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of exchange connectivity and financial protocols
• Proven ability to build scalable, high-performance infrastructure
• Genuine interest in trading and market mechanics (crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement)

• Optional access to offices in London or Paris
• Occasional in-person collaboration encouraged, but not mandatory
