Our client is a global SaaS category leader - consistently recognised in top-tier analyst reports - and currently on a pre-IPO trajectory.

DACH is viewed as a strategic growth engine. The 3-year plan in-region is ambitious and well-funded:

  • Grow the DACH organisation to 100+ people
  • Scale DACH ARR to €50M
  • Make DACH a meaningful share of global revenue


🎯 The Role

You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across DACH - responsible for retention, expansion, and renewal. This is a role for senior commercial operators who can balance relationship depth with commercial discipline.

What you'll own:

  • Full account ownership: retention, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategy
  • C-level and executive stakeholder management across business, technical, and operational teams
  • Proactive renewal forecasting - monthly and quarterly, with accuracy
  • Identifying and converting expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partnering closely with Customer Success while keeping ownership of the commercial outcome
  • Driving customer advocacy - success stories, testimonials, NPS


💡 What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Account Director, or similar SaaS sales role with a strong expansion/renewal focus
  • Track record managing enterprise accounts in DACH - complex stakeholders, procurement cycles, contract negotiations
  • Ability to hold strategic conversations at C-level and translate customer goals into commercial outcomes
  • High standards on forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Fluent German and English
  • A proactive, ownership mindset - you don't wait for problems to surface

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in Marketing Technology, Customer Data, or Customer Engagement SaaS
  • Experience selling into CMO, VP Marketing, or CX-focused buyers
