The Mission

Join a global SaaS scale-up redefining how companies engage with their customers through AI-powered marketing and personalization solutions.

As an Account Manager / Customer Success professional, you’ll be the key link between customers and technology, ensuring clients achieve their goals while maximizing the value of the platform. You’ll drive adoption, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to expand impact across accounts.

In a fast-paced, international environment, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams while shaping long-term customer success strategies.


What You’ll Do

  • Client Ownership: Act as the main point of contact, building strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Ensure customers fully utilize the platform and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Account Growth: Develop account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and expand customer value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering teams to deliver solutions and resolve technical challenges.
  • Customer Insights: Share feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage escalations and proactively drive solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.


What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
  • Proactive, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in German and English


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or customer engagement platforms
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to customer success
  • Experience managing complex or enterprise-level accounts
