Job Title: Head of Sales – New Markets (UK / Nordics / Benelux) | Privacy SaaS | €160k OTE + Equity

Location: Prague (preferred) / Munich (secondary) | Hybrid


🚀 The Opportunity

A key client is building a dedicated “New Markets” sales organisation to accelerate growth beyond DACH - starting with the UK, Nordics, and Benelux. This is a true player/coach mandate: you’ll lead an existing team of AEs and personally drive strategic deals while building outbound capability in regions that are currently under-penetrated.

Our client is an established B2B SaaS company in the privacy / consent management space, helping websites and apps operate compliantly while protecting user trust. They’re well-known across Europe, particularly in DACH, and are now investing to win share across additional high-potential regions.


🎯 The Role

You’ll own the go-to-market execution for UK / Nordics / Benelux (with Southern Europe potentially added later), working alongside the existing DACH sales leadership.

What you’ll own:

  • Lead, coach, and drive performance for a team of ~5 quota-carrying AEs
  • Personally drive key deals end-to-end and model best practice in outbound execution
  • Build an outbound engine: segmentation, account selection, messaging, cadence, AE/SDR alignment
  • Install operating rhythm: pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, KPI discipline
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to sharpen focus and improve conversion
  • Create a repeatable playbook for consistent performance across new geographies


💡 What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading a B2B SaaS sales team and closing deals yourself (player/coach)
  • Track record building outbound motion and improving pipeline quality (not “spray and pray”)
  • Strong commercial discipline: forecasting, pipeline management, KPI execution
  • Native-level English strongly preferred (UK/Irish accent a plus given target markets)
  • Dutch or Scandinavian language skills (especially Swedish/Danish) are a major advantage
  • Comfortable working hybrid from Prague (priority) or Munich (secondary); Copenhagen only if necessary
