As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, owning the end-to-end technical relationship from onboarding to expansion. You’ll design scalable solutions, remove technical blockers, and ensure customers unlock maximum value from the platform.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to drive seamless integrations and long-term success.
What You’ll Do

Technical Ownership: Lead the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to adoption and growth.

Solution Design & Architecture: Design scalable architectures tailored to client infrastructure and digital transformation goals.

Workshops & PoCs: Deliver technical workshops, deep dives, and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate business value.

Implementation & Troubleshooting: Support integrations, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure smooth deployments.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior IT and business stakeholders to align on technical strategy and success metrics.

Customer Advocacy: Translate customer needs into product feedback and help shape the platform roadmap.
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or SaaS implementation roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with enterprise clients and influencing technical decision-making
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Fluent in German and English
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, integrations, and hybrid systems
- Background in MarTech, CDPs, or customer engagement platforms
- Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, databases, or webhooks
- Experience with proof-of-concepts and scalable deployments
