Our client is a global SaaS category leader - consistently recognised in top-tier analyst rankings - and currently on a pre-IPO trajectory.
DACH is viewed as a strategic growth engine. The 3-year plan in-region is ambitious and well-funded:
- Grow the DACH organisation to 100+ people
- Scale DACH ARR to €50M
- Make DACH a meaningful share of global revenue
They’re willing to invest heavily in hiring to reach that goal - especially in Enterprise sales.
🎯 The Role
You will own Enterprise new business across DACH, working complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities end-to-end. This is a role for sellers who can combine structured execution with high personal drive.
What you’ll own:
- Full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → value narrative → proposal → negotiation → close
- Building and converting pipeline through account planning and targeted outreach (you won’t wait for inbound)
- Running clean processes: MEDDICC-style qualification, deal inspection, and accurate forecasting
- Executive stakeholder management across customer teams (business + technical + operational)
- Partnering internally (SDR/marketing/solutions/customer teams) while keeping ownership of the number
💡 What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience closing Enterprise SaaS deals in DACH (multi-stakeholder, longer cycles, procurement)
- Strong pipeline creation habits: you can build opportunities systematically
- Comfort selling value, not features: you can hold a C-level conversation and translate outcomes into ROI
- High standards on forecasting and CRM hygiene (you’re reliable, not optimistic)
- Fluent German and English
- A “builder” mindset: you don’t need perfect enablement to perform, and you’re comfortable in a region that’s scaling fast
Nice-to-have:
- Experience selling into Marketing / Customer Engagement / Data-related buyers
- Prior exposure to analyst-led markets (Gartner influence, competitive cycles, clear positioning battles)
