As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll act as a strategic partner to clients—ensuring they unlock maximum value from the platform while driving adoption, retention, and long-term growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology and business, helping customers translate their goals into impactful outcomes.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping customer success strategies and influencing product evolution.


What You’ll Do

  • Client Partnership: Act as the main point of contact, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Adoption & Value Realisation: Drive product adoption and ensure clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities and maximize customer value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Customer Insights: Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product improvement opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution & Growth: Manage escalations, optimize customer outcomes, and contribute to long-term retention and expansion.


What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Project Management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including with senior stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Fluent in German and English

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or Customer Engagement platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to customer success
  • Experience managing complex accounts and driving strategic initiatives
