A key client is hiring a hands-on Head of Sales to build and scale their sales engine. Profitable AI SaaS business, strong inbound, gearing up for the next period of growth.

• Profitable since day one
• Seed raised; Series A planned
• €300k+ MRR today, scaling across Europe

🎯 The Role

• Build and lead the sales org in Vienna (SDRs, AEs, AMs)
• Scale the team to 20–30+ headcount
• Own hiring, coaching, cadence, forecasting, and performance
• Drive conversion in a high-volume, fast-cycle sales motion

💡 What You’ll Bring

• Proven B2B SaaS sales leadership and scaling track record
• Builder mindset + strong hiring and coaching rhythm
• Comfortable being hands-on (not just strategy)
• Fluent German + English
• Willing to work from Vienna
