Job Title: Team Lead Sales | TravelTech | €90-105k OTE
Location: Hamburg (hybrid)

Join one of the fastest-growing TravelTech companies globally, helping vacation rental hosts maximise bookings while delivering seamless guest experiences.
As Team Lead Sales, you will build and lead a high-performing team focused on growing and optimising the company’s portfolio in the Baltic Sea region. You’ll play a key role in driving regional revenue, expanding market presence, and shaping long-term partnerships.
This is a highly impactful leadership role combining hands-on sales, team development, and strategic ownership in a fast-scaling environment.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Sales & Account Management team (7 members)
- Coach and develop team members to consistently exceed targets
- Foster a strong team culture through motivation and performance-driven initiatives
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Own revenue targets and portfolio growth for the region
- Support your team in acquiring new hosts and expanding existing accounts
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and regional partners
Account & Portfolio Management
- Drive optimization of the existing and growing host portfolio
- Support Account Managers in increasing performance and retention
- Ensure sustainable, long-term customer success
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Operations, and BI teams
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Collaborate with partner teams on strategic regional initiatives
Field Engagement
- Travel regularly within the region for client meetings and business trips
- Represent the company in key regional engagements
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven track record in Sales and/or Account Management with consistent overachievement
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in fast-growing tech, e-commerce, or travel companies
- Experience hiring and managing top-performing teams
- Strong interest in travel and technology
