Job Title: Team Lead Sales | TravelTech | €90-105k OTE

Location: Hamburg (hybrid)


The Mission

Join one of the fastest-growing TravelTech companies globally, helping vacation rental hosts maximise bookings while delivering seamless guest experiences.

As Team Lead Sales, you will build and lead a high-performing team focused on growing and optimising the company’s portfolio in the Baltic Sea region. You’ll play a key role in driving regional revenue, expanding market presence, and shaping long-term partnerships.

This is a highly impactful leadership role combining hands-on sales, team development, and strategic ownership in a fast-scaling environment.


What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Sales & Account Management team (7 members)
  • Coach and develop team members to consistently exceed targets
  • Foster a strong team culture through motivation and performance-driven initiatives

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Own revenue targets and portfolio growth for the region
  • Support your team in acquiring new hosts and expanding existing accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and regional partners

Account & Portfolio Management

  • Drive optimization of the existing and growing host portfolio
  • Support Account Managers in increasing performance and retention
  • Ensure sustainable, long-term customer success

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Operations, and BI teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices
  • Collaborate with partner teams on strategic regional initiatives

Field Engagement

  • Travel regularly within the region for client meetings and business trips
  • Represent the company in key regional engagements


What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven track record in Sales and/or Account Management with consistent overachievement
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in fast-growing tech, e-commerce, or travel companies
  • Experience hiring and managing top-performing teams
  • Strong interest in travel and technology
