Are you a highly skilled CNC Machinist passionate about precision machining? Join our growing production team at our facility south of Chicago, IL. We are looking for a dedicated individual to work with both manual and CNC machinery in a fast-paced, high-standards environment. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful operation of our machines, while upholding quality, safety, and production targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate and maintain both manual and CNC machines to meet production goals.
  • Read, interpret, and execute tasks based on detailed technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Perform thorough quality checks using inspection tools and methodologies to ensure precise machining standards.
  • Identify and resolve machine performance issues to maintain optimal functioning.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all.


Qualifications:

  • 5 to 30 years of experience in operating and maintaining both manual and CNC machinery.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of machining techniques, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection tools and procedures, ensuring precision and quality in all parts produced.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills for machine issues and performance optimization.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to team tasks and production targets.
  • High precision and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Power industries is a plus.
