Job Summary:

Dedicated Private Duty CNA needed to provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. The role involves assisting with daily activities, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Assistance:
• Support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable living space, ensuring proper hygiene.
• Medication Assistance:
• Administer prescribed medications and document adherence to medication schedules.
• Report any changes in the client's medication needs promptly.
• Vital Signs Monitoring:
• Regularly measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Communicate any notable changes to the healthcare team.
• Companionship:
• Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Plan and participate in activities based on the client's preferences.
• Communication:
• Maintain clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Report observations, concerns, and updates to the relevant supervisor.
• Documentation:
• Keep accurate records of care provided, interventions, and observations.
• Adhere to established documentation policies and procedures.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members for comprehensive client care.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to care planning as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience in private duty or home healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and punctuality.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Additional Requirements:

• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Working Conditions:
