Atlas NextWave is an internationally active staffing company with a strong footprint in renewables. From our headquarters at Schiphol, the central group finance team supports business performance,
strengthens decision-making, and further professionalises finance and accounting processes across the organisation.
Controller / Senior Specialist Group Finance
Member of the central group finance team and work closely with finance management, CFO and controllers across the group.
This new role has been created to facilitate the growth and international expansion of the group.
You will help strengthen FP&A, improve planning and reporting processes, and support the broader business intelligence journey of the organisation.
This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who likes growth opportunities and prefers to work close to the management team.
What does the day-to-day look like?
Supporting and improving budgeting, rolling forecasting, and business review processes
Helping the transition from data to stronger business intelligence and management information
Professionalise finance and accounting processes across the organisation
Ensure data integrity and automation of financial reporting, working closely with finance colleagues and business stakeholders across the organisation
Supporting consistency, quality, and efficiency in FP&A processes and reporting
Contributing to ad hoc analyses, financial reviews, and business cases
Support in new entity and accounting setups
Playing an active role in the further development of the central finance function
Salary & Benefits
Salary range:
EUR 60,000 – 75,000 annual gross pay (based on a 40-hour work week), depending on experience

Job requirements
3–7 years of relevant experience
Fluent in English (must) and Dutch (preferred)
A background at a Big4 or another international audit firm is a pre
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights
Data-savvy, with experience in BI solutions, reporting tools, and financial systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Ability to operate in a multicultural environment
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education/experience
