**Job Description**


As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will play a fundamental role in defining and implementing maintenance strategies that keep installations efficient and reliable. Your responsibilities include:


- Developing maintenance plans that comply with current standards and anticipate future challenges.

- Using advanced RCM methodologies to enhance the reliability of our equipment and ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Collaborating with various departments to optimize our maintenance processes aimed at continuous improvement and innovation.

- Utilizing your skills in data analysis to proactively identify maintenance needs, thus minimizing operational downtime and extending the life of our equipment.

- Contributing to accelerating the sustainable energy transition in the Netherlands towards CO₂-neutral housing.


**Role Specifications:**


1. **Asset Management Policy and Standards**: Responsible for developing and setting the Asset Management policy, vision, and strategy and translating these into asset management standards for new and existing assets.

2. **Implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)**: Apply RCM methodologies to establish the most effective maintenance regime for each piece of equipment and improve overall reliability.

3. **Setup and Management of Maintenance Management System (MMS)**: Manage and set up the MMS, ensuring effective maintenance activity management.

4. **Optimization of Maintenance Programs**: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to extend the life of the equipment and reduce operational costs.

5. **Data Analysis and Predictive Maintenance**: Utilize advanced technologies and data analysis to identify trends, predict failures, and optimize maintenance activities.

6. **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work with operational teams, technicians, and other stakeholders to align maintenance needs with business objectives.

7. **Continuous Improvement**: Constantly identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and implement best practices to increase overall reliability.

8. **Technical Point of Contact and Market Developments**: Serve as a technical point of contact for complex questions within the organization and keep track of market developments in asset management and technical innovation.
