POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Representative position is an outside sales position where the RSR is responsible for growing all sales within a defined geographic sales territory. They will bring value to our distributor partners and their customers by solving industries’ most demanding challenges.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regional Sales Representative will have ownership of a defined geographic territory.
- Cover a multi-state territory, requiring 40% - 50% travel
- Implement and execute the national sales strategy
- Participate in CRM pipeline reviews
- Identify potential end-users accounts, secure product specifications, and drive sales through partner distributors
- Lead product training for partner distributors
- Joint sales calls with partner distributors
- Attend industry trade shows
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or significant industry experience
- Metal product experience
- Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings
- 2-5 years outside industrial sales
- Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
