About the Role

Are you ready to play a key role in establishing OTC trading activities? As an OTC Sales Trader, you will be responsible for setting up and growing the OTC trading desk, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and enhancing market presence. Key Responsibilities

🔹 Build and maintain relationships with counterparties, ensuring top-tier service & confidentiality

🔹 Execute & manage large-scale OTC crypto transactions with institutional counterparties

🔹 Monitor market trends & identify profitable trading opportunities

🔹 Collaborate with research & risk management teams to optimize trading strategies

🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory standards & internal policies

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, or a related field

✔️ Strong network in the OTC Digital Assets space

✔️ Deep understanding of digital markets & blockchain technology

✔️ Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to thrive under pressure & explore innovative opportunities

✔️ Social, outgoing, and a great sense of humor
