The Role:


As a District Manager, you'll be a sales powerhouse responsible for expanding our network of dealerships across the automotive and powersports landscape. You'll leverage your expertise in finance and sales to forge strong partnerships, identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and consistently exceed targets.


What You'll Do:


Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to automotive and powersports dealerships, fostering long-term, win-win partnerships.

Become a Finance Expert: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our innovative finance products and their value proposition for dealerships.

Strategic Sales Leader: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, utilizing prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to bring new dealerships on board.


  • Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market potential.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development) to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with dealer needs.
  • Compelling & Closing: Deliver impactful product presentations and skillfully negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.
  • Pipeline Master: Meticulously manage your sales pipeline using our advanced CRM systems, ensuring all activities are tracked for optimal results.
  • Results & Recognition: Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations and contributing to the team's success.



You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:


  • Proven Sales Track Record: A demonstrably successful sales background, ideally within the automotive or related industries. Experience with D2D cold calling is a plus.
  • Financial Acumen: A strong grasp of financial products and their application in the automotive industry.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and confidently negotiate win-win deals.
  • Independent & Driven: The ability to work autonomously, proactively identify opportunities, and take initiative.
  • Results Orientation: A relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel extensively to establish and nurture dealership relationships.
