F&I Product Development Manager – TPA/VSC Ancillary Division

This remote F&I Product Development role is ideal for a detail-oriented, thorough, creative, methodical individual. The Product Development Manager performs a variety of essential duties, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with the Systems Analyst on new Product Development Manager for 28 TPA's / approximately 123 products to build out the product lines,
- Develop products/marketing/pricing including rate comparisons, and on-level analysis.
- Create, and analyze Cancellation and Experience reports for 28 TPA’s (Automotive Warranty Administrators).
- Work with Automotive OEM and 3rd Party Administrators (TPAs) to develop a full line of automotive protection products with product guarantees.
- Run analytical reports on an ad-hoc basis per request of leadership.
- Develop performance tracking reports regarding total loss claims.
- Authorize sale authority for vehicle service contracts and F&I ancillary contracts including tire & wheel, GAP, etc. in all 50 states.
- Create rate books, contract terms, plans, etc. for various programs and providers and OEMs within the Automotive F&I Ancillary sector.
Qualifications & Abilities:
- Previous Product Development Experience
- Advanced Sales and F&I Menu-Training Experience
- Microsoft Office, Dealership DMS, and F&I menu systems
- Analytical/Self-Starter
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Effective Time Management
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree from College or University (Preferred); or
- 10-15 years of combined auto dealership/vendor experience/product development and/or Sales/F&I training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-Depth knowledge of the automotive business as a General Manager, F&I Development, Platform Director is advantageous.
- AFIP Certification (Preferred)
