Job Description:

As a Dealership Growth Specialist with us, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our dealership portfolio and providing strategic consulting services. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquisitions & Business Development (50%):

    • Identify and pursue new dealership acquisition opportunities through B2B outreach and strategic negotiations.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential acquisition targets, perform due diligence, and evaluate financial performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and stakeholders throughout the acquisition process.
    • Achieve and exceed acquisition targets, with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
  2. Consultation & Strategy (50%):

    • Collaborate with dealership clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
    • Conduct assessments of dealership operations, financial performance, and F&I processes.
    • Create tailored strategies and action plans that enhance profitability, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth.
    • Recommend customized F&I products and services that align with dealership objectives and market trends.
    • Provide training and support to dealership teams, enhancing their understanding of F&I products and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, acquisitions, and management consulting, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess potential acquisitions and interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
