National Sales Director – Aftermarket Products

Summary


Responsible for managing and directing sales activities for the organization’s aftermarket products on a national level. This position supports both new and existing agents, OEMs, corporate accounts, direct representatives, and regional sales teams by developing strategic plans to increase sales and profitability. The role emphasizes training, sales systems, promotions, and product growth initiatives, and requires travel approximately 60–80% of the time.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of F&I products and services, with the ability to effectively sell intangible offerings.
  • Provide comprehensive training and income development programs across all levels of sales.
  • Supervise and mentor Regional and Direct Sales Representatives.
  • Collaborate with Agents, Representatives, and District Managers to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing Agents and Representatives by offering training and consulting to improve sales and profitability.
  • Introduce and promote new products, programs, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop tailored solutions to achieve target goals, highlighting the financial and operational benefits of participation in company programs and services.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison, trainer, and motivator to support sales professionals in exceeding performance objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal administrative teams to ensure excellent customer support.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
