District Manager – Automotive F&I Sales - All Territories

Overview:


An established F&I provider is seeking a District Manager (DM) to lead dealership engagement across a defined territory. This high-impact field role

focuses on building trusted relationships, delivering in-store training, and driving revenue through the sale of Vehicle Protection Service Contracts (VSC) and F&I-related ancillary products.

Each District Manager supports 15–20 franchise dealerships, partnering directly with key decision-makers and staff to optimize performance and maximize product penetration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth-focused strategies with support from your Regional Manager
  • Analyze dealership sales performance and processes to meet revenue goals (PNUR targets)
  • Build and maintain strong, face-to-face relationships with General Managers, F&I Directors, and dealership personnel
  • Promote the value of branded VSC and F&I ancillary products during in-person dealership visits
  • Provide hands-on support and in-store training to enhance product presentation and compliance practices
  • Serve as a solutions-focused resource for dealership concerns, resolving issues and reinforcing product value
  • Maintain regular communication with corporate teams to align on market needs and share field feedback
  • Report competitive trends, product acceptance, and dealer feedback to inform strategy
  • Champion company values of integrity and ethics in every dealership interaction
  • Continue professional development to support long-term career growth


What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize a multi-store territory
  • Experience in account development and consultative sales
  • Advanced understanding of F&I processes, menu selling, and compliance training
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, dealership DMS platforms, and F&I menu systems


Education & Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail, vendor services, or a related training role
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • AFIP Certification a plus
