Overview:

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, with a primary focus on securing appointments for our dealership offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and reach out to prospective leads through cold calling and other means.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain dealer relations to generate opportunities for our program.
  • Reach out to prospective leads through cold calling and other lead-generation methods.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage tasks.
  • Drive self-motivation and autonomy, working independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and promote our program to prospective clients, emphasizing its value proposition.
  • Utilize strong selling and negotiating skills to close deals and secure appointments.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including travel, as required.
  • Forecast sales and maintain accurate records using our CRM tool, Monday.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills to engage effectively with prospects.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on building and maintaining Dealer relationships.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required; retail experience is welcomed.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
  • Previous experience in managing a sales organization is advantageous.
