With a client list of well-known brands, this fit-out business is looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Manager (HSE Manager) to lead a team of 2 and be at the forefront a HSE standards within the business. The environment is fast paced due to the nature of projects and will suit someone who enjoys this pace. The role is based near Lichfield with travel to sites as required.

You will manage the ISO standards for 9001, 14001 and 45001 as well as all of the day to day requirements such as Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans, CDM Health and Safety files, O&M Manuals and Site Waste Management Plans. You will be managing relationships both internally as well as externally with clients, architects, sub-contractors and governing bodies. Taking the approach of coaching and mentoring the project teams to deliver exceptional safety standards.

Ideal candidate profile for this HSE Manager role:

• CMIOSH (Minimum and essential)
• Previous experience in Construction
• Environmental qualification
• Experience managing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
• Ability to communicate well at all levels
•  Coach people to improve Health, Safety & Environment standards
• CSCS card

Package ranges between £55,000 and £65,000 and includes Car, Fuel, and other benefits.
