Specialising in pre-construction design across various sectors and services, this consultancy has consistently expanded year on year. To support its continued growth, they are seeking an intermediate-level mechanical design engineer to join their central Nottingham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career mechanical design engineers who are eager to advance and grow in the field of building services. You will join the mechanical team, where you will receive support and guidance from senior staff as well as the broader team and office. Your responsibilities will include producing drawings and designs for various mechanical building services systems, such as HVAC, hot and cold-water systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design for various systems and layouts, including HVAC.
• Developing and maintaining key industry relationships.
• Collaborating with the rest of the Mechanical Design team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Hevacomp.
• Ideally confident in client-facing situations.
• A strong desire to learn, develop, and progress.
