With a focus on sustainability, long-term value, and practical learning, it’s a place where curiosity, integrity, and meaningful contributions are welcomed and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion
  • Assist in defining project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Coordinate and manage design teams, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare and maintain project programmes, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk registers
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, procurement protocols, and governance frameworks (e.g. NEC, JCT, public sector procedures)
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management

About You:

  • Working towards (or recently achieved) professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
  • Experience across one or more sectors such as commercial, education, leisure, or public projects
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence in a client-facing environment
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning

What’s on Offer:

  • A clearly structured route to progression, with tailored support from experienced senior leaders
  • Ongoing mentoring and development towards chartership
  • Hybrid working and flexible arrangements to suit your work-life balance
  • A friendly, non-corporate culture that values people as much as performance
  • The opportunity to work on purpose-driven projects that shape communities for the better
