We are working with a leading international independent real estate consultancy that is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to its London team. The role is ideal for someone with strong project experience, as there is a real opportunity to grow this side of the business and take on a significant amount of work in the region. The successful candidate will also bring experience in dilapidations and tenant alterations, which form the majority of the workload.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £65k - £75k

Key responsibilities include:

• Growing the Project Management offering in London through excellent work and strong client relationships

• Working with a Chartered Building Surveying graduate and two apprentices, with wider graduate support across the business

• Opportunity to manage and mentor other team members

Experience, Skills and Qualifications required:

• MRICS

• Experience in commercial real estate sectors such as retail, office and industrial

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to develop both your career and our client’s service offering

• Must be client facing, with the ability to establish and grow a client base and generate revenue as your career progresses

• Full UK driving licence
