Are you ready to take the next step in your Quantity Surveying career? We’re working with a highly regarded independent practice specialising in Cost and Project Management, with a fast-growing footprint in the Nuclear and Defence sectors.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative consultancy, where senior leadership remains hands-on and actively involved in project delivery. With a growing portfolio of complex, high-impact infrastructure programmes, they’re now seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team.


What You’ll Be Doing:

·       Preparing and managing tender and contract documentation

·       Conducting cost analyses and feasibility studies

·       Leading on risk, value engineering, and cost control across major infrastructure projects

·       Advising on procurement strategies and contract forms (particularly NEC)

·       Evaluating tender returns and delivering clear, data-driven progress reports

·       Supporting clients with contractual claims, valuations, and payment recommendations


What They’re Looking For:

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in a consultancy, client-side, or contractor environment

·       Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts

·       Actively working toward MRICS (or similar professional accreditation)

·       Confident, client-facing, and proactive in delivering high standards of service

·       Willing to travel as needed depending on project demands
