We are partnering with an independent building consultancy in their search for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience while advancing their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work closely with experienced professionals on a variety of exciting projects spanning commercial, residential, and façade sectors. This role provides exposure to key aspects of building surveying, including:

• Contract Administration: Supporting the delivery of diverse projects.
• Project Management: Assisting with planning, execution, and coordination.
• Construction Exposure: Gaining hands-on experience across all project stages.

You’ll also benefit from full APC support to help you achieve chartered status.
