Associate Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)

Role & Responsibilities


The Electrical Associate Engineer will be expected to manage the delivery of high-quality electrical services design packages across all stages of the design development process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • To contribute to resource management and planning.
  • To contribute to business development activity.
  • To represent the company at an executive level and promote our core values at stakeholder engagement meetings and the local professional network.
  • To support the board of directors with the growth and technical development of the regional business.
  • To support your direct reports and peer group through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • To identify opportunities for further personal development and advancement.


About You:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar or relevant working environment at a management level.
  • An understanding of the commercial and technical management of service delivery.
  • Demonstrable people and communication skills.
  • An understanding of current and emerging market trends.
  • Degree level academic qualifications or equivalent.
  • Chartership status with the Engineering Council or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for the built environment.
  • Full membership of a relevant professional institution.
