Head of Building Surveying - Up to £80k + Bonus

I’m working with a growing multidisciplinary property consultancy that’s looking to appoint a Head of Building Surveying to lead and develop its team in Manchester.

This is a key leadership role offering genuine ownership of the Building Surveying service. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the team, supported by a strong existing client base and a healthy pipeline of professional and project work across the commercial, office and fit out sectors.

My client already has active instructions and established relationships across the North West, so you’ll be stepping into a platform with real momentum. The focus will be on delivering high quality Building Surveying services while driving business development and team growth.

The role offers:

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a broad range of professional and project-related Building Surveying work
• Lead, mentor and grow the team
• Develop and maintain client relationships across the commercial sector
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, delivery and business development

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Proven experience across both professional and project work
• Confident, commercially minded and client focused
• Ambitious, with the motivation to lead and build a successful team
