As part of the reputable cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a range of sectors, including higher education, residential, health, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs from the initial estimate through to the final account
• Provide cost advice and prepare cost plans
• Conduct cost checks and valuations
• Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
• Assess and report on project risks and value engineering opportunities
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline ideally Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Demonstrable experience in cost management or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Full UK driving license
