As part of the reputable cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a range of sectors, including higher education, residential, health, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from the initial estimate through to the final account
- Provide cost advice and prepare cost plans
- Conduct cost checks and valuations
- Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
- Assess and report on project risks and value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree qualified in relevant discipline ideally Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Demonstrable experience in cost management or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Full UK driving license
