We are seeking a Senior level Project Manager to join a successful team in managing M&E capital replacement and refurbishment works in a healthcare setting. This role will report directly to the Estates' managers.

Responsibilities:
· Delivery of Project Management services to clients across various sectors and project stages
· Management of multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultants
· Manage existing client relationships and develop further opportunities
· Manage project budget and programme, forecast project spend and report cost or time pressures to the wider team
· Explore business development opportunities either through new or existing networks
Qualifications:
· Experience of managing projects in healthcare settings
· Consultancy design development and construction project management experience, leading framework contractors to achieve outcomes with minimized operational impact
· Experience of managing capital replacement & refurbishment works in any setting outside healthcare would be considered
· The ability to lead successful delivery of more than one project at a time and manage client relationships, including business development
· Proficient in the use of MS Office and MS Project (or alternative scheduling software) to provide high quality, effective reporting is essential
· Technical experience of managing MEP highly serviced buildings will be considered as advantageous to this role.
