Senior Project Manager:

Location: Bolton – 3 days per week / remote 2 days per week

Rate: Negotiable and Competitive

Duration: 9 months+

IR35 – To be confirmed

Duties will involve: Project management and delivery of various building improvement works, providing high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.

Requirements:

·        Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification

·        Experience of public sector building projects and preferably programme management across the project lifecycle.

·        Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.

·        Experience of preparing detailed briefs, and identifying project requirements across the programme of works.

·        Experience of Initial launch and engagement meetings with key internal and external project managers/officers.

·        Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.

·        Experience in JCT/NEC forms of contract
