Job Advert – Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Location: Warrington

We’re working with a successful MEP design and build contractor specialising in the Food Production and Pharmaceutical sectors. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their growing in-house design department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team delivering innovative Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical services for high-profile projects.

The Role

• Leading the mechanical design of building services systems across a range of projects
• Producing detailed designs, specifications and technical reports
• Coordinating with Revit technicians, Electrical engineers and other disciplines
• Attending design meetings and liaising with clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within building services
• Strong background in HVAC and general mechanical systems design
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practice
• Experience within the Food Production or Pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
