This role offers the chance to take genuine ownership of a workstream within a well-established consultancy that already has a strong client base and active instructions across the North West. The focus will be on delivering both professional and project work, while helping shape and grow the Building Surveying offer.

You will have access to existing key accounts from day one, including commercial, office and fit-out projects, alongside dilapidations and other professional services. The successful candidate will also play an active role in business development and team growth as the department expands.

Progression is clearly defined, with early promotion opportunities and potential equity for those who help drive the service forward.

  • Support and develop key client relationships across the commercial sector
  • Contribute to business development and service growth
  • Take responsibility for mentoring and managing junior surveyors as the team grows

Requirements

  • MRICS chartered building surveyor
  • Proven experience across professional and project work
  • Commercially minded with confidence in client-facing situations
