Senior Architect – High End Residential

Studio: London (hybrid basis/three days in the studio and up to two from home)

Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience

Vertical are partnering with an award winning architectural practice known for creating exceptional private homes and boutique hospitality spaces. With studios across the UK and overseas and a strong reputation for design excellence.

This is an opportunity to join their London studio and take a senior role on luxury residential schemes. You will be working on unique design led projects for discerning clients where attention to detail and high quality delivery are essential. The team is collaborative and supportive and values creativity as much as technical expertise.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of high end residential projects from concept through to completion

• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure every detail meets exacting standards

• Manage a small team and guide junior architects in a friendly and constructive way

• Contribute to a studio culture that celebrates design quality and open communication

What we are looking for

• Registered Architect with a minimum of five years post Part III experience in the UK

• Proven track record on luxury private residential projects

• Excellent technical design skills and a strong eye for detail

• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and NBS along with a thorough understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations

• Confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients and consultants

• Experience with existing buildings or conservation projects is a plus
