Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of construction professionals and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 1-6, from inception to completion.
  • Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Manage multiple projects and moving parts simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate design teams, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain project programmes, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, procurement protocols, and governance frameworks (e.g., NEC, JCT).
  • Guide project team members to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct lessons-learned reviews and implement improvements across current and future projects.
  • Identify, monitor, and report on project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues in project delivery and development.
  • Promote and enforce Health & Safety best practice, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support client relationship growth.


About You

  • A solid background in Project Management within a consultancy environment.
  • Experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle across one or more sectors.
  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence in a client-facing environment.
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.
  • Working towards, or ideally holding, professional accreditation (APM, MRICS, MAPM, CIOB, or equivalent).
  • Experience across RIBA Stages 1-6.
  • Knowledge of internal project management systems and processes.
  • Understanding of CDM regulations and construction Health & Safety best practices.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
